Purell gel makes me think I am just wiping the germs all over my hands. These wipes truly feel like you are washing the germs OFF of your hands. They have a pleasant smell - not alcohol-y like the gel. Sometimes I use them to clean my desk and my phone too.

The flaw in this product is not so much in the product as in its packaging. Common sense says it should have a plastic seal on the inside to keep the wipes from leaking or drying out during shipping. It doesn't. I was disappointed that on opening my subscribe-and-save box, these Purell wipes were in a brown box which happened to have the canisters upside down. The cardboard of the box was saturated with the sanitizer liquid of the wipes. Now, each and every wipe is only moderately damp. It makes me wonder how clean I'm really getting my hands when I wipe with the merely damp-ish cloths. I know nothing replaces hand washing. However, I wanted to use these wipes at my diaper-changing station so I can wipe my hands quickly after changing diapers but before clothing my child again after the diaper change. You don't want to have to carry your child (with your potentially poop-contaminated hands) to the bathroom so you can wash up first before dressing him, nor do you want to have to touch the clean baby clothes you are putting back on your baby before hand washing, but with a simple inclusion of a seal these wipes would deliver a more confident quick clean when you need it.

These were nice. I like this brand because, they don't test on animals. I also like that you get more than the canisters sold in stores. My only con is, they feel thin (almost like paper).

Used these during a family illness...no complaints.
