Great gift. Excellent light, especially during Harvey. Stopped a lot of crap just by lighting perps up before they could get started. And these green lasers will reach way out there.

Mine came in broken. Little metal rod (1 of 2) that you use to mount on rail was snapped off at the top somehow and now it wobbles even when mounted and tightened. Still waiting on a battery to see how the light itself works. ..TBC
Don't mount it on a shotgun. Love it on my AR though.

Put one on my AR loved it so much I bought one for my shotgun. Bad idea the increased recoil was just to much it destroyed the battery and the mount luckily the flashlight still works but don't mount it to a shotgun. Love it on my AR though.

Light is bright. Hardware is pretty well made. So far, there is no reason justifying buying a 100+ dollar name brand light when this is possibly brighter and as well made. Do I know if it'll hold up? No. However, initial use looks promising.
The kicker...must have your own battery and velcro to attach switch. Other than that, very happy!

A solid flashlight that I had to but a battery and charger for which I am not upset about. But while on the slightest movement or shake makes the light turn off or flash on and off or change in light intensity.
