I always keep one of these in a backpack, and one in my desk at work, for those unexpected late nights, or rough mornings. It rarely fails to perform. I typically will only drink half a bottle when needed, and save the other half if possible. I did have to cut back on how often I drink these (and any other energy drink) because they were contributing to acne. I gave four out of five stars because of the high price.

I love how these little drinks give just the right amount of boost to your day when you don't have that " get up and do it" feeling. I always mix with 6-8 oz Spring water, Body Armour drink or Coconut water and still get a good pick me up and clear focus to get things accomplished!

As I've cut back on caffeine, I experimented with the decaf 5 hour. I was quite surprised how effective this little shot it. Taste is good. However, since I now use it more than the caffeinated varieties; I wish it came in a few more flavors. I agree that it's a good cognitive and energy tool...but without the jitters.
Works just as good as the caffeinated version.

Caffeine has no affect on me, so why drink it. This decaf version does the same as the caffeinated for me. Good stuff and oh so much better than energy drinks filled with sugar water.
