Very good but pricey.
Other sodium free products are available.
I will say, my usual recipe needed tweaked a bit when I changed to no sodium puree while the batch I made up with this needed no tweaking.
You may notice a slightly different taste than your normal recipe but I liked it even better.
Just too pricy for my budget. The containers are as described but I did not realize how small they are.

I'd rather not post a bad review, but I don't know how else to get a replacement since the product arrived damaged. 1 of 12 ruptured and needs replaced. Happy to update review once I know replacement is on the way

This is the best tomato sauce! I order it by the case. Ingredients: tomatoes. Period. Very thick and rich. Plus, it's not packaged in a metal can that might leach into your sauce and in Italy (where it's made) they are much more restrictive about the chemicals allowed on garden produce.

Great for people on lectin reduced diets. Its a non-gmo imported tomato product with great flavor and free of skins and seeds. Some of the US organic tomato sauce is not following guidelines and you have an instant reaction when you consume them. Highly recommended along with the Pomi Tomato Paste product

The best pure tomato sauce we have ever used in cooking, It makes every dish far better than it was before with the standard canned American tomato sauce, most of which have too much added salt. The only negative review about the quality of the sauce complained of added sugar, but there is none. There is nothing added. I suspect it was the absence of added salt that made the sauce taste "sweet." The point is to salt to taste, to add whatever seasoning one prefers. This is truly a cook's sauce. The other matter raised in the negative review concerned the color of Pomi products. When they are within the "use by" date, they are bright red. I mislaid a couple of Pomi products in the back of a cabinet and retrieved them when they were two years past the "use by" date. They had turned dark brownish red and I tossed them. That's what happens when no preservatives are added to a product. So use by the "use by" date, which should be more than a year after you receive the product in the mail.
