The lemon, lime and pickle flavors have an artificial taste to them, strong flavor though. Pickle might remind you of a pickle flavor but it comes down to your preferred taste in pickles. Chili lime tastes almost identical to your typical tajin seasoning. Chili mango is the most unique because it has more sugar than salt in it, but I came for salt! Not sure if these have as wide range of applications as I was hoping.

These salts just don't do that much for me. I found a green chile and lime salt in NM that I love but is hard to find and I hoped these would replace it, but they just don't compare. They have an overly artificial taste that I don't care for. The pickle salt is the best of the bunch in my opinion.
