Really well engineered and constructed. Should last 15 years with minimal maintenance. Arrived intact and delivery guys placed the huge
box directly on my porch where I wanted. Only had a couple of days so far where I needed to use it. But it works really well in this dry climate
(Denver) and it is a lot quieter and more effective than the unit it replaces. Have only had to use the low setting so far. Also, had to build a
platform because the throat (the part that extends into the house) was a few inches lower than the old swamp cooler. You will need to ask
the manufacturer to provide dimensions if you plan to place it at ground level. This thing is large and heavy. It took two big guys to get it off
the truck and up my driveway. I struggled a bit fitting it into my front window and on to the 2 x 6's that formed my platform. But when fall
approaches, all I have to do is slide it out of the window and throw a tarp over it until next summer. I think it is a quality product.
