As you can see in the video, there are a lot of spices, and seasonings in this marinade. It does have a little kick to it but not overbearing- just flavorful and delicious. I put it on steaks and burgers. It really is the best I've found. I always order from this seller, they ship quickly and the marinade is packaged well which is important because they are glass bottles. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
