We bought this for my Dragons loving son and so did his uncle. We kept both and within 3 months the tails have fallen off both dragons. While this is obnoxious, he still loves them and otherwise they are perfect toys. With the tails off, they are still better toys than a lot of stuff out there these days.

This was a gift for my daughter. She was THRILLED. It was perfect.

This is the "second generation" of DreamWorks and Spin Master's action dragons and the difference is night and day. My boys eat, sleep, and breath dragons. When the books came out, they were reading them. When the movies came out, we owned them. We purchased the first line of Action Dragons and were very, very disappointed. The dragons needed assembly. The wings fell off during play. The wings and tails would fall off and not reattach. It was so bad, we were offered replacement toys from different Spin Master toy lines as a refund.

Fast forward to today; They breathlessly await the third movie, I'm pretty sure my oldest is saving his heart for a girl named "Astrid", and my husband and I were very hesitant to invest in these figures again. So, we vetted merchandise, read reviews, we decided to take the plunge and invested in one dragon for each child. We were not disappointed.

-This Screaming Death Dragon is a sturdy toy.
-It's constructed well and the wings are not able to be removed.
-The tail is and wings are pose-able.
-The action button is easily accessible for a child's thumb and grasp.
-The jaws open and close.
-The teeth are flexible and will not pose any threat of injury.
-The dragon is down-sized to make it able to be held and flown by a child.
-This particular dragon was difficult for us to find anywhere else.

We were very pleased with our purchase and a year later I can still say that we've not had any issue with either of the action dragons that we bought after the second release of the action figures.

A little more sturdy than the other DreamWorks dragons. Wings do not flap, which is a good thing, because many of our other dragons have broken wings. It's mouth opens and closes a little. On same size scale as other dragons.

Unlike some of the other Dragons toys this one is made fairly well. My kids tend to be a little rough on there toys, and without some crazy movement action that most toys seem to need these days this one is staying in one piece.
