Worked perfectly to tension the tension wires on my deer fence. (Not the fence fabric -- that's too small.) I used a rope to make a double-advantage puller.
Works great on #9 Grape Vine Wire

Worked easy for tighnting grape vine #9 wire. Used a come along and tightened the wire with this attched to wire. Number 9 wire is a tight fit so that would be the thickest wire I would recommend in this.
