not happy with amazon
Alan H•September 29, 2017
Missing critical parts to keep pedals on.... not happy with amazon. As far as the item itself, once I went go the company itself and got the parts the big wheel rocks and my five year old loves it.
All of the parts were also dirty.

Sent a completely different big wheel, not the princess and I didn't even realize until I put it together because my daughter was so excited. All of the parts were also dirty.
Perfect and great price!

Great little Big Wheel

Great little Big Wheel, but it was missing a few parts when it arrived. We reached out and had to pay to get the missing parts, which was a bummer but the kid loves it!
Poor quality all around, stay AWAY!!!

Poor quality item with poor quality assembly instructions. I bought this for a Christmas present for my 4 year old and she loved it, but assembly was horrible and the quality of the parts was very very poor.
In comparison, I also had to assemble a Little Tikes Cozy Coupe which also required the installation of the axle end caps, but it was far easier since it came with the special tools needed to hammer them on. It had pieces you place on each end to hold it in place as you hammer. Now compare that to the tiny tool (Minus the block of wood required) included with this which only included a small plastic piece that fits on the end, which BARELY worked for me when I used it. It was a huge disappointment. The stickers are poor quality and don't appear to be staying in place. The adhesive doesn't seem to be holding up. The front wheel alignment inserts are not staying in place inside the wheel, they slide from side to side.
Experience: I'm the father of 3 girls, the oldest being 8. I've put together more plastic toys such as bikes, trikes, doll houses...etc than I can count, including THREE large kitchen sets (Don't complain about putting on stickers until you've done one, or three, of those). This Big Wheel has so far been the WORST of them all.
In short, I would NOT buy again.
