Love this flavor of Atkins Shake

I like that Atkins meal replacement shakes are low in sugar. This flavor of shake is one of my favorites and ranks right up there with chocolate. Great job on the shakes and shake flavor Atkins. And thanks Amazon for making these really accessible so I dont have to waste time trying to find out which local store carrys them and has them in stock.

This shakes are great. I drink them for breakfast with a piece of fruit daily. BEWARE: LOOK CAREFULLY AT THE PRICE DIFFERENCES BASED ON WHICH FLAVOR YOU CHOOSE. My favorite flavor is Cafe Caramel, which can be purchased at half the price from Walmart or Target.

I usually do not drink coffee because the acid does not agree with my digestion. The Atkins drinks are a smoother version of a latte . They have the flavor and aroma of coffee, but are gentle on my stomach. I use them both hot and cold. I blend the drink with a few ice cube for a cool treat. When I want something warm and comforting, I microwave the drink in a large mug. The taste straight out of the package is strong and I always add a couple of ounces of water to it for a smoother taste. Hot or cold, I always start with my blender. If I am having it hot, I blend it for a few seconds before heating it. This makes the drink frothy and more like a true specialty coffee shop drink. For a cold shake, I add ice cubes to match my preference - sometimes just a few to make it extra cold, and a lot of ice for more of a frozen coffee. Amazon has the best price on these, $1 to $2 cheaper than local stores. I am happy to know I can include these delightful drinks as part of my reduced carb diet without cutting corners elsewhere.

We've been using this product for many years now, and really like being able to purchase it via a subscription on Amazon. The product costs much more in our local neighborhood, and purchasing in bulk like this really makes it cheaper. This flavor is our favorite, and not always in the stores, as we would desire.
