Tea Bags

The flavor was better than I expected. My first cup all the tea leaves were in the cup. The rest were good. They need some instruction on the box to let you know how many cups a person should drink for the tea to be effective and not harmful.
Good tea

Native American's used Black Cohosh for its many healing properties. I like this tea and I sweeten it with honey as it has a woodsy/nutty flavor as the tea is usually made from the roots I believe. I usually let it steep a good ten minutes covered to make it as strong as I can. I find that making tea from roots take longer to extract. So, those who said it was weak probably don't realize that and either used too much water or did not let it set long enough. When I make homemade ginger root tea from fresh ginger root at home I boil it for quite a bit. I recommend this tea and will purchase again.
Drinkable but not sure it works...?

This tea is okay-Black Cohosh is probably not the best tasting but this is doable. I'm not sure it really works fo hot flashes though. I've stopped taking it for awhile to see if they worsen. Supposedly you are not supposed to take Black Cohosh long term. Taking Evening Primrose Oil and Red Clover Tea for now. Will switch back to this after a break.
What I like the least
Audrey B.✓ Verified Purchase•June 13, 2023
The tea really helps with my premenopausal symptoms and relaxes me. I add honey which makes it taste less bitter. What I like the least, is that the bags are thin and sometimes the contents leak out. I've found that if you don't let the bags sit too long in the water, it decreases the likelihood of this occurring. For the first time yesterday, I drank a mixture of the tea and honey that was in the refrigerator and it even tasted good cold.
Works for night sweats

I have been drinking one cup a day for the last two months to reduce night sweats. I went from waking up drenched nightly to maybe once a month, and even then not as bad as it used to be.
I steep the tea covered and have increased steep time from the recommended 8 minutes to 10-15 minutes. I have found it is more palletable the longer it steeps.
