Allergy season is here. Some of us get swollen nasal passages that make breathing through the nose difficult, particularly when lying down. It took me 70 years to figure out it is my nasal passages that are closing up...try holding nostrils open with a finger and if it helps, then it is the nasal passage and not some other problem. I tried the BreathRite large strips and they do help, but aren't the answer for me. Considered putting a tube in my nostril to expand it, but after reading many reviews purchased the WoodyKnows. The large size fits my nostril and expands it enough so I can breath through the nose. When allergy is severe the nasal passage is still somewhat restricted, but this does work. The flexible plastic fitting does irritate the nostril when it is inflamed, makes me feel as if I have to sneeze. This is the best trade off I have found in man made devices.

These worked well until they fell apart. They are very comfortable I would recommend ordering the smallest size unless you have a really big nose. I bought the three pack, but only used the smallest one. The little strips that hold the two sides together just came apart after a while. I will probably order them again if I can't find anything else I like.
