I purchased this light as part of an update to a rental property. The install was super easy even though the instructions are terrible. Just google hanging lamp install and you will find a ton of videos. Be sure to thread you wire through the chain and you will be good to go! I hung this over a dining table and it is the perfect amount of light. The actual metal parts look closer to black than oil rubbed bronze. I took the longest time to decide which light to purchase and I am so glad we went with this one.

Love it! Exactly as pictured. My husband is pretty handy & it took him about an hour to take the old fixture out and install this one. The shade is a textured off white, not too burlappy, not too stark white. If that makes sense? Quality seems excellent. I added a pic of what it looks like from underneath since people asked about it.

Yes, thats pretty much it- I LOVE this lamp like so many other people. I moved into a townhouse that had some old-world railings that I really didn't like, but removing them wasn't in my budget so I decided to work the rest of the finishings around it. This lamp blends a simple traditional candleabra style lamp with a more contemporary drum shade to amazingly beautiful effect. The lamp is good quality and the arms of the candelabra are flexible so you can orient them any way you want. Anyway, once I got this lamp things REALLY came together in the room.I feel like the Dude in the big Lebowski- this lamp really brings the room together.
