Not enough heat.

Same temp on all settings. Very thick and bulky. Not hot enough for any therapeutic value. I only need one, so inefficient in that regard. If they got really warm/hot would score as a 4 and if it was available as a single it would be a recommend. I returned them.

Great for hand spa. Or just something relaxing at the end of a hard day at work. We bought 4 of this. I kept one. Me & husband use it a lot & it helps with muscle pain. It's good for arthritis. And the rest we used as mothers day gifts.
Check it out before you get rid of the box!

This product possibly could be good and I received a defective set and it is nearly impossible to get any one on the phone through the company. I suggest you check the product throughly before you throw the box away. The set I got you cannot turn off and they heat up too hot to put your hands in .

Gave this as a gift. Heard it is nice and warm but gets extremely hot up at the top of the gloves only, but she has to be careful not to burn herself. Otherwise, it's nice and keeps hands soft.
It's really great to be able to use these as needed

I purchase these as a therapy for my osteoarthritis in my hands. It's really great to be able to use these as needed. I also started using them in conjunction with a paraffin wax at home treatment. This heated product has three settings low medium and high. The high setting does get very very hot and I tend not to use that because it's plastic it's a heating pad that wraps around your hands and close at the end and fits like a glove I have a pair of very thin gloves that I wear in as I put my hands inside. That is because the heat tends to cause my hands to sweat against the plastic the gloves actually provide a moist heat. This is a great product I'm glad I purchased it
