This doesn't even deserve one star. It is junk. Does not work at all. I called the company for help. Had to leave a voice mail. Company never responded. I will never buy anything from this company again.

Wish I'd read the reviews first! What a totally useless piece of equipment. I thought it was broken as it took so long to get warm, and didn't get very hot at all. You have to pump the steam yourself. Wish I could return it, but I only just got round to using it a year after I purchaesd it.

I had this same steamer for many yrs, I bought the same exact one because I loved it. When my old one started leaking, it was time for a new one. I got this one and the 1st time I use it, it leaks. I was very disappointed.

This Smartek Fabric Steamer appears to be a well-constructed device and comes with 3 attachments: lint, pleating, and bristle brushes. In testing, however, the red power LED light came on after the device was plugged in a wall receptacle, but this light went out in 30 seconds and no steam was produced. This device did not work at all. Not Recommended. One UNUSABLE Star! (1-Smartek Premium Hand-Held Fabric Steamer, 3 attachments, cup, small brush, AC charging cable, and Operating Instructions.
