My original review: I likely didn't read thoroughly enough to notice the size before ordering so I was a little disappointed. The taste is good but they fall apart very easily.
UPDATED: Del Campo reached out to me right away to resolve my dissatisfaction and I'm so glad they did. I received a fresh batch and was beyond satisfied. They even sent multiple sizes even though it was my fault for ordering the wrong size in the first place. I haven't tried grilling or warming the tortillas over open flame but they are very good heated in a pan.

I was hesitant to buy food from Amazon, but I couldn't find gluten-free corn tortillas locally, so I took a chance. I'm so glad I did! These are great! They taste like normal corn tortillas. As soon as I got them, I heated some lightly in my toaster oven and served them with bell peppers, onions, and guacamole. And it was gluten-free! I don't know exactly how many are in a package, but it seems like a lot. Easily more than ten. The only tortillas I found locally were made of flaxseed and unicorn snot or something and were over ten dollars for a pack of eight. Bleh! These corn tortillas are way better, a good bargain, and no unicorn snot.

These are AMAZING! I was hesitant to order these online, but I like the pure corn tortillas, and I was tired of the weird, overbeaten taste of the Trader Joe's corn tortillas. These tortillas are tasty and we love them. However, there has been an ingredient change over the last couple of years that prohibits us from buying them now. Addressed this with the company and they were very good about it. You will notice in the description it says "Corn meal, water, salt." On the picture, if you zoom, you can also see the additional ingredients that I was told are in the cornmeal that Del Campo buys from their supplier. I was disappointed about the change in ingredient list as we did really enjoy these. For those of us sensitive and allergic to gums and preservatives, this is a deal breaker.
Pass on these, they fall apart.

The flavor is good, the consistency is awful. I like my tortillas fried and these do not hold together , delaminating into layers with splits and fissures everywhere. If I add salsa to my taco these split/disintegrate where the salsa and tortilla meet. I thought maybe it was a frying issue and tried to steam them. Even worse. Unusable worse, straight into the compost. So, steaming and frying don't work. I don't like to cook food in the microwave so I didn't try that. Baking might work . . . toasting might work. I have most of a package to get through but I'll use them as tortillas of last resort when my supply of Mission Organic corn tortillas has been used up.
