Good Skin

I have purchased a group of products many times. I believe as we get older we need them for our joints and tissue. I did a lot of research and these I feel are the best products for this category. We have a lot of wear and tear on our bodies as we get older we need to replenish and re-place the tissue in our joints and cartilage skin and more. I think this is a necessity for everyone actually.

Great Kosher Gelatin

I have started to experience some tenderness in my knees. Someone suggested me to use this product to help my joints. I have tried it for 3 weeks and the verdict is not out yet. The product recommends to drink it for 6 weeks before noticing any result.
The green product is great for drinking. It desolves in the water very easily. I drink one glass with 2 spoons twice a day. No Smell or flavor which is perfect.
The orange product is great for making gelatin. I enjoy both products and recommend them.
Great way to add collagen to your diet

Having been diagnosed as celiac (allergic to gluten), I've had to deal with everything tasting off. This doesn't. I've made chocolate panna cotta using flax milk, coconut sugar and gf chocolate chips with this gelatin, and it works well. I've also been guilty of using this (the red one) as a shortcut to thicken sauces. The key to using the red is to melt it separately in warm water so it doesn't form clumps when you use it as gelatin or thickener. Also, initially, there's a beefy smell when you add the powder to water, but as it melts, it goes away. When added to chocolate drinks or fruity juices (anything with a stronger taste), you can't really tell if there's an aftertaste. I wouldn't necessarily recommend melting this in plain water, unless you use it as a broth and add herbs and aromatics, like garlic, onion, etc. After using this for a few weeks, a lot of my joint pains have gone away, so I'm buying some for my mom, too. Would definitely recommend.
Staple in my home

My son and I suffer from a rare genetic bone disease where we have an underproduction of collagen, so I'm hoping this may be able to help in some way. I try to use it as much as I can. The good thing is that it has no taste or smell and the one is water soluble so I can use it to make homemade jello/gummies. I also put it in oatmeal in the mornings. It's a great way to slip it in without my son notice, although sometimes it's hard to get the clumps out unless you wait a little while and it can clump in the bottom. It's great in blender smoothies as the blending action mixes it up well. When I'm in a hurry, I'll put it in a glass of milk along with some organic chocolate syrup and blend it up using a battery-operated milk frother and it makes a nice foam on top. My kids love it! So far my son has't had any more fractures so I'm hoping it's helping. It's been great for skin and nails as well and I like that this collagen comes from grass fed cows
Great Lakes Gelatin & Collagen Hydrolysate

I love both the Great Lakes Gelatin & the Great Lakes Collagen Hydrolysate! In the morning and at night I make hot lemonade using one of the two along with fresh squeezed lemon, stevia & hot water. I also add the Collagen Hydrolysate to my hot green tea. It helps with stiff joints and with my knees which have been overused from running & working out. I've always had good skin, but have noticed that the gelatin & collagen hydrolysate are softening and tightening it up! Yeah!!! I believe there is a detox component to using these products so don't give up on them if you get a headache or feel tired in the beginning-this is your body cleaning itself out. I plan on always using these products and love the Great Lakes brand. I ordered this last time through Net Rush on Amazon & was pleased with the price and delivery.
