Loved it! My husband is obsessed with this stuff ever since we went to Hawaii. I ordered it for him as a gift and he is so happy! My only complaint is that I had ordered it with other items and some of the powder leaked onto my other stuff as it was packaged together. I also feel like the price is a tiny bit steep but honestly its worth it. In the pics we had already put it in some Tupperware.

Have been a fan of li hing mui since a sojourn in Hawaii. It's esp nice in cocktails, where just a sprinkle gives a nice kick to almost any concoction. This is not the healthiest substance ... contains aspartame ... but use in moderation shouldn't do too much harm. I ordered this bulk packet several years ago and still have a few month's supply.

I bought Li Hing at the Dole plantation While visiting and was hooked. Once I ran out, I reordered and had to pay astronomical shipping fees. I found this on Amazon and I actually like it better. The last Dole shipment I got, the li hing powder was a dull orange color (my first experience was a vibrant orange). The color, the flavor is great! I use his on mostly papaya, pineapple and apples. While the cost per weight is similar, I do like the larger package.
