This belt in theory is nice; however, it has a major design flaw. I purchased it for my mom because continual use of a standard gait belt was causing her pain as she requires quite a bit of help to transfer. This belt fits comfortably, but when it is used for a transfer, the metal hook that the belt fastens through turns while overall loosening the tension on the belt (loosens about 1.5"). It is happening every single time she transfers with it. Not safe. Would not recommend.

The sizing is not right. And I ended up having to order another one. And because the second one has a completely different on line presence, I had no idea it was the same product in a different size. Took some detective work. Your poor on line presentation resulting in me making a mistake. Now I have to go half way around the world to retrieve it and return it.
