I was shocked when I was told my custom engraved locket would arrive in 2 days. It did, and it was incredible. My wife said it was the best gift ever, and it will be a lifelong treasure for her. Thank you. There was only one thing you need to improve on. The photos were not zoomed to the same specifications as I had done in the customization of the photos, meaning you made our faces smaller than I had ordered. But they are still treasured photos of our faces. Thank you.

I got this for my niece back in October, added my brothers picture in it, and an engraved message on the back in Arabic. The post office near me held it for a few days and I couldn't get them to make the delivery no matter what I did.
