Black beans are a great addition to a dish because they are a high fiber and low calorie ingredient. What I liked about this product: 0 grams of fat, 0 mg of cholesterol, and the versatility. They work well in a Mediterranean-based diet. Black olives, black beans, olive oil. Do I need to say more? A reduction in sodium would be helpful.
