I'd skip the reporting version if I bought it again. Very happy w/ Bacharach brand and performance and the printer works great for my needs and I love how customizable everything is... I can present the information to customers in a clear and meaningful way without the details they don't need to see, and I can quickly reference and display only the details that are most important to me also. Very customizable.
I thought mine had an issue early on (probably just the batteries) after only 5 or 6 uses and being babied the whole time... I was not impressed when they said the probe assembly is not covered under warranty (since the tool doesn't do anything without the probe) - despite babying the machine I was told after 6 uses, if anything was broken in the probe assembly I'd be responsible for repair costs... not impressive at all considering the money.
However, I'm confident this is much better than any alternative for those that don't mind spending the money for the best... the German brand has faster response time by a second or two, but this blows it away in customization and sensor maintenance. I think I just got subpar batteries in the unit and the unit didn't correctly show low battery... I don't know, but the repeat info freezing glitch hasn't happened since and I've used it several times... just make sure you have fresh batteries and a Bacharach NOX filter.
Regretted the purchase at first when I thought I had an issue w/ an expensive product that the company wouldn't fully stand behind in warranty, but after much use, I would buy again. Would have given it 4.5 stars if it were an option... 5 stars for the product, 3 or 4 stars for the company.
The reporting will only email single test at a time... totally worthless for my needs and printing works so much better. I use the print multiple memory feature. Very glad I bought the printer, but wouldn't pay a single dollar extra for the reporting feature.
