Have only used this product once so far since I received it, but I think that it is going to be one of those products that will "save the day" when I don't have the time or inclination to do a total color job. Since I use auburn hair coloring, the roots become apparent very quickly and this product covers the roots to my satisfaction when I pull my hair back. Glad I found something to use that will help maximize the time between colorings!

This stuff claims it doesn't stain anything but your hair. Well that wasn't my experience. I tried it without hairspray and I tried it without. I tried the hairspray BEFORE and AFTER application but nothing worked. If u have dark hair I would stray from this product. It rubs off on EVERYTHING. Even throughout the day it would show up on my forehead. I'd rather dye my hair every two weeks than look like I sprayed myself with dirt!! I have grey pillow cases and I had a feeling that it was gonna rub off on them, and I was right. It's been three days and this stuff is still under my fingernails...only reason I gave two stars is that it does cover the grey. So if u are willing to put up with all the extra crap, then by all means order it

Color matches extremely well. Especially if your hair is multi-tonal. My hair is lightest brown with red and golden tones. I have noticed that most root touch ups that claim to be light brown to medium are just way too dark.
I have used the product twice and am pleased. It is not difficult to wash out at all and I really do not see the huge mess some reviewers are referring to. You have to gently tap it on. If you are shaking it vigorously, I can then see how it may get messy. I almost skipped over it due to the mess complaints. Glad I didn't.
Although it is a bit pricey, it looks much more natural then root touch up or other spray applications which are messy! I think rootflage customers will be very pleased after purchasing this.

I have tried for a few yearsever to find something that matched my light auburn/strawberry blond hair, and spent a lot of money on colors and products that just didn't work out. This is finally it! So easy to use and it stays on the roots, while blending in seamlessly. I've put off coloring my hair for an extra 2 weeks and could go even longer because it hides the roots so well. I have tried so many other products to cover my grey/white roots and none have been as easy to use and as effective as this product!
