Very good quality. It does exactly what it's supposed to do and that's all you really need from it, right? I read the other reviews and concerning the smell; yes it's strong at first but it doesn't last long.

When i got it it was clean sealed. It had info and everything pictured and listed. It worked as expected and wasn't difficult to use or clean. I was satisfied with the product.
