This pad works very well for pain and tenderness on top of the foot also. Thick enough to hold the top of the shoe off the tender points on top of the foot. Has good staying power for more than one day at a time. Good all around product.

These callus cushions are very effective in relieving my chronic foot pain, due to calluses on the balls of both feet. I can often get two days worth of wear out of them. The adhesive is quite strong, and they will even stay on in the shower. The extra thickness allows me a break from constantly scraping, shaving, and grinding down both calluses, which never seem to go away. I started off wearing them 24/7 because they do a wonderful job of relieving the pain, but I noticed that my skin was beginning to peel underneath the cushions. Now, I take them off when I'm sleeping and apply salve or lotion to the bottoms of my feet. These cushions have given me my life back. I will definitely reorder as they are well worth the price.

This cushion is just what I needed for my husband's foot. The extra thickness has helped keep the pressure off the wound on the ball of his foot. I would try to use two 1/8" pads before but that would slip around
