My wife was excited to get these so she can pump but they do not work. The milk ended up getting in between the flange that came with the pump and these, so you end up with a lot of wasted milk. Should have just bought the flange. She has the Ameda purely yours pump so they might work better with another pump.

I bought these since the flanges that originally came with my pump were too big. They fit inside the flange well, but trying to watch milk production through both the insert and the flange plastic was difficult. These are clear plastic, so do not try to sanitize these in boiling water without being 100% present. I melted one set already!

Purchased top use with my Ameda Purely Yours breast pump. It did fit properly in the standard flange. The reason for 3 stars is one of the four arrived broken. The set was packed in a packing envelope instead of a box, and the set itself is only in a plastic bag so it wasn't very protected during shipping. The other reason is while the reducing flange fit, it ended up sucking on my areola at its base leaving a tender ring, so it wasn't as comfortable as I would have hoped.
