Great for coffee ice cream

I use this in my homemade coconut milk ice cream to change it to coffee-flavored and wow it's awesome. I just use a tablespoon and it tastes wonderful. I tried a couple of recipe versions which use a cup or less of strong coffee but those didn't work as well as the espresso powder does. Now I don't have to drool at the store versions, I can make mine at home and dairy-free also.

A very fine powder that mixes instantly and completely into other ingredients. Easier to work with and I think imparts a much better flavor than other instant coffees I've used. Definitely enhances any recipe calling for chocolate. So far I have used it for brownies, hot cocoa and tiramisu. Excellent addition to each and will use it again for sure.
