Although I like this heaps better than the regular Cheddar powders I have tried (which taste like powdered milk to me), it is not what I am searching for. The buttermilk enables this product to resemble the flavor; however, to me there is a lot to be desired in my quest to find an affordable true White Cheddar flavor. I consider this to be the next best thing but will continue to try other brands.

Really great flavor which is the number one criteria. I have used it with milk and corn starch to make mac-n-cheese on gluten-free noodles (most mac-n-cheese packages already come with wheat noodles). Just sprinkle right on popcorn works well too as-is.
