We purchased the hot plate in May of 2015 and did not begin to use it until the beginning of October. It seemed to work great the the first 3 weeks so we purchased one more. After 2 more weeks the original stopped working and we could not replace since it had fallen out of the 30 day return policy. The second one has followed suit and has stopped working as well. If you are planning on buying this product expect about a month of use before it stops working.
