  • FDA Cleared and CLIA Waived for OTC use;
  • Minimum and Maximum detection time for each drug show typically how quick and how long the urine drug test can detect this drug in urine sample. The detection time varies greatly depending on the how often and how much of drug use as well as metabolism rate of each person. Please refer to the product instruction for detection window of each drug.

Wahooo, these work

These were great! I used them to help me prep for an upcoming employer drug test. I was a daily evening marijuana smoker and had my last smoke about 11 days before my test. I started using these on my 9th "clean" day and the results were consistently negative. I'm happy to say that I passed my test and got the job! Great price, simple instructions.... highly recommended.
Used tap water and cannabis tea for controls. You judge results.

I've been trimming for weeks. I have always been wearing gloves though. I haven't used in years, but was worried about absorbing though the skin via contact while trimming and growing (the answer is YES you can). I got popped for a random, and wanted to be sure before I go. The test on the left is my sample. In the middle is straight tap water, and the right was dipped in cannabis tea made with boiling hot water and a couple fresh buds/trim (sacrifice for science). I'd say my sample and the water were clearly negative which is good. I've tried two more urine tests, both came out negative. I am yet to try another control with tea, but am considering it. I'll update with my actual drug test when I get results.

Update: passed my UDS just fine. So my results mirrored these.

Couple side notes: I had a small female coworker use one, and she had used 4 days prior. She was clean on this test. She is about 100lbs sipping wet, and only uses about every other month. But still, negative after 4 days! That's nuts.

Also, this is supposed to be testing for metabolites of THC, but as you can clearly see, when dipped in cannabis tea, it threw a positive test. I only bring this up as it may be worth noting that THC on your hands (like from trimming your sticky-icky-icky) could affect this if you somehow were dumb enough to dip a finger in your urine. Otherwise, highly unlikely.
Toxicologists thoughts

I was a forensic toxicologist for 20 years and have had friends and coworker ask me about testing for THC over the past few years since it has been legalized in many states for recreational use (including my state). I handled R&D for SAMHSA/NIDA confirmatory testing by GC/MS, as well as initial screening by immunoassay using various instruments (Hitachi, Olympus, etc). Since these were FDA approved and to SAMHSA standards, they would more than likely perform as expected.

In order to recommend quick test strip kits to people, I decided to try some kits. This product performed well in my testing. I used myself as a negative control and the expiration of the strips I received were in 2019. The result was correct with the THC patient line being the same density/color as the control.

I then tested a known user at two stages. They were a light user so I tested 1 hour after use and the test was as expected, with a slight positive (faint line on the THC but less prominent than the control). At 1 hour I expected it to be either negative or slightly positive due to the cannabis metabolism rate (but it can vary depending on the individual). I also tested after about 8 hours and it was positive with no THC line and the control line was valid.

I have read reviews that say their test did not match the result when sent in to a drug lab and I would warn people that this can be due to many factors and most do not relate to the strips. The ones which could be strip related are expiration, faulty storage, faulty manufacturing (it can happen with any lab test, including reagent based).

The most likely cause, however, is that this is a urine test. Urine tests are notorious for being dependent on the concentration of the urine. If you test on a dilute urine and it is negative but then test on a more concentrated urine and it is positive, this is not an invalid result. The same goes for a concentrated urine coming up positive and another test being more dilute coming up negative. If you want to match test results, you would need to do blood tests or check specific gravity or creatinine levels for a THC/Creat ratio.

Also you are comparing two different tests. One is based on a test strip and the other is based on an analyzer that used reagents and much better immunoassay techniques. With a strip (as in thin layer chromatography), the result is dependent on the person performing the test being able to distinguish colors and bands, variations in intensity/density, etc. These are also qualitative assays and a 50ng/mL cutoff will vary greatly above that limit. You may not be able to detect even over 100ng/mL by eyesight. Analyzers in a lab use photometers for detection.
From what I have seen, I would place these up with any other well made test strip. I would just be sure to return any you get that are close to expiration, which will greatly deteriorate results and more than likely make them invalid. These would be of most use for testing kids or others where you want to know if they have been using cannabis as long as you know to use a concentrated urine (first void after waking works well). I would not use them during a period of fluid intake because that would defeat the purpose. You could also use this to get a ballpark figure of THC levels by serial diluting the urine and testing each dilution to see when it comes up negative. There is no way to know the actual level but if it takes many dilutions (like 1:20) you can be sure the level is fairly high and will take much longer to clear, even on a concentrated sample.
It works!

After two months of testing myself I finally got a faint line and passed my lab drug test.. I am overweight I wear a size 22 and I am 5"8. So it took me about 8-10 weeks to get clean without working out or any type of detox. Initially I wasn't getting any type of line. Then I got this faint line.. I was nervous about the line being so faint but I passed... I don't have proof from the pass bc the testing site doesn't release the info except to the employer. But I got the job. So all is well! All you need to do is supply your own cup. Dip the stick in for 10 seconds only.. (make sure you are accurate with this) and the results show in 2 min or less. After time the test will fade. I did a trial with a cup of water. That was the only time I saw a dark line. I also re tested myself at the 14 week clean mark and the line was no different than what you see here. I never saw one test that was invalid so those who are saying so must have had an error somewhere. Good luck and happy testing!
These Test Strips Are ACCURATE

I WASTED MY MONEY ON A LAB TEST AFTER TESTING NEGATIVE WITH A FAINT LINE ON THESE TEST STRIPS. ONLY TO BE TOLD BY THE LAB I WAS NEGATIVE AS WELL.

These test strips contain the exact same methods used in labs. Yes lab test are extensive and a different procedure is conducted but the strip test are 99.9% as accurate. Even a faint line while using this test in the T section of the Test is a NEGATIVE.

In order to determine if a urine specimen is negative or positive for drugs of abuse, all specimens are initially screened by an enzyme immunoassay (EIA) procedure. Specimens that yield an EIA response below the specified cutoff are reported as "none detected." Any specimen that shows an EIA response at or above the specified cutoff is considered "presumptive positive" for a particular drug or drug class. Based on your agency's account, presumptive positive specimens may be confirmed by a second method prior to reporting positive results.
