I like to microwave them, yum

These are good cookies but I found them to be a little dry. This was my second brand of macaroons and these were better than the last which were dry and thicker. Maybe it's been too long since I've bought them and forgot what they taste like but I don't think so. I thought there wouldn't be much in each package so I bought three because they were such good value. There were more cookies then I thought there would be so that was a pleasant surprise. I put things in the refrigerator when I have room because I forgot things in the pantry then find them dried out. So this afternoon I stuck a few in the microwave to warm them up. One of them desenigrated into this warm pile of coconut that was so good. That will be my main method of eating these cookies once I figure out just how many seconds I need to microwave them. I started with 7 seconds which only knocked the chill out of them so I tried another 6 seconds and two were warm plus the one that fell apart. They definitely have a good amount of coconut in them. I would buy them again. There's nothing better than warm cookies and I've found that you can microwave just about any cookies.
Update-The third box was so delicious and not as dry. The sell by date was only a couple of months away so I'm baffled. I am going to order more and I recommend that you these. They are a good price too.

The Soft Dutch Cocoa are the best. They have a flavor similar to a brownie

The problem with buying a pack of 9 is that the freshness date will only be 1-2 months out, so you'll be eating them every day the whole time.
The Soft Dutch Cocoa are the best. They have a flavor similar to a brownie, and the texture is very good: not as heavy and fudgy as a brownie, but still soft and chewy. They hold up well and arrived in good condition. These are the only ones I could eat every day without getting sick of them.
The Frosty Lemon cookies were about 10-20% crumbs when they arrived. They taste pretty good, but not as good as I remember. The strong lemon flavor gets tiring very quickly, and it seems a bit too artificial. The texture was still nice, soft and almost cake like.
The Soft Chocolate Chip cookies had something weird and chewy in them, almost like little bits of oatmeal or something that didn't get mixed in right. I couldn't figure out what it was, but it really ruined the texture and flavor. I would never get them again.
The Soft Molasses are normally a favorite of mine, but it's still hard to finish 9 boxes in a row. They arrived in good condition, have a great soft and chewy texture, and the molasses and spices have a great flavor together. I'd stick to buying single boxes at a time.

Okay flavor, but not quite right

Would I order these again? No. They aren't horrible, but they aren't particularly good either. They do taste like coconut (good) and are about average in sweetness in terms of a macaroon (decent, although I prefer less sweet macaroons). They just have too many ingredients that don't belong in a macaroon, however, that result in their texture being less than satisfying and the flavor not quite right. Maybe it's too much to expect a boxed macaroon that has a long shelf life to compete with something made fresh, but unlike some other shelf stable cookies that are as good as fresh these just don't quite cut it for me. They are at least tolerable, though, unlike the other Archway cookie I recently tried (molasses).
They'll make you crave them nightly!

These cookies are concentrated evil. The deep chocolate flavor, the soft texture, the sprinkling of sugar on the top. I'm warning you, don't eat them. If you try one, you'll become hopelessly hooked. Craving them, joining amazon prime so you can have a new order in two days. You'll keep the remaining boxes in the freezer to keep them fresh. Eating one or two still frozen until the remainder reach room temperature. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
GREAT FOR CHRISTMAS TIME!!

These are awesome ginger-molasses cookies--the taste is perfect (seasoning wise!). The only drawback is that I tend to like my cookies on the crisp side and these are your typical soft cookie that a lot of folks seem to prefer out here. The flavor makes up for a lot and I just leave them out on a plate for a bit before eating them with milk and then they are perfect!
