Did not work. Tested with my Ohmmeter: The shield conductor of the video channel is open-circuited, and both conductors of the power cable are short-circuited.

Ordered this with ehe intent of putting it onto our 5th wheel. It arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Tested the camera before installing. Works great. I am a bit disappointed in the picture quality. While adequate, I'd hoped for better resolution. The picture is a bit grainy but easily does the job. The camera even has the colored backup outline. Purchased this with the wireless transmitter. Connected right up via wifi.

This makes installing a backup cam much easier.
Before installation make not of the fact that the power cord has different adapters on each end. Match the correct one to your backup cam and then feed it to the front. I then cut off the from adapter and tied it into the reverse signal (I need to do this any way to auto switch to the backup cam on the Pioneer unit).
In the past I had to tie into the reverse signal in both the back (to power the camera) and the front (to trigger the Pioneer backup source).
Note: Powering the backup cam from reverse power means that it is rarely powered, so it should last a lot longer. However, this also means that you cannot switch to the backup cam on the freeway to write down the license plate of the tailgater behind you.
