Seriously, these things are amazing. Keeps any drink (regardless of whether it's a mule) super cold. You can even start to see little ice crystals form on the cup after a while!
My only advice... use a coaster! They get sweaty, but still keep the beverage super cold.
Also... why is buying four at the add-on price cheaper than buying the four pack lol

This is promoted as a product by Oggi. I already have one Oggi mug and am pretty sure this is not one. The one I already have has "Oggi" imprinted on the bottom of the mug, is fairly heavy and the copper coating is dark and covers the whole mug. This one has nothing on the bottom, is much lighter weight and has silver showing through in several spots. The bottom is also not completely flat so it wobbles a little. It still keeps your drink cold and frostly and I bought it for myself so I suppose I will keep it, but I would certainly not buy one of these as a gift for someone else.

I ordered one of these mugs (from Cooking Depot) and it was beautiful. I liked it so much that I ordered another (this time from Shabd Gift Store) and the mug that arrived was a complete piece of junk. It looked horribly made and ugly - nothing like the first mug. The first mug had "Oggi" etched in the bottom and came in an official Oggi box. This second one had nothing etched on the bottom, and it came in a box that looked like it had been haphazardly cut out by hand. I returned the second mug and ordered again from Cooking Depot and received what I was expecting. If you order this mug, make sure it arrives in a box like that one in the picture I attached, and look for the Oggi logo on the bottom.
So pretty when new!

Sadly even after hand washing, these mugs turn rather ugly and unpresentable. I've tried buying them twice and then using a few special cleaners and finally gave up because I can't get them to look anything like they did when they were new. The copper turns dull and rubs off. We are switching to glasses now for Moscow Mules. The condition of these mugs after 2-3 uses is too poor to even donate them.

Are you getting this mug for moscow mules? Then find a real copper mug! The whole point of the copper mug witha moscow mule is so that the metal will react with the alcohol to impact the taste! This mug is not pure copper (which, to be fair, is explained in the description), but it therefore defeats the whole purpose of the copper mug. There are equally inexpensive options on Amazon that are the real thing, don't bother with this one.
