The ends are small and poorly made. They do not securely fit into a telephone jack, because they are too small. So you almost have to careful put them in place, and hope your jack is strong enough to keep this tiny one in place. Poorly made ends. Cord is ok, but who cares if the ends do not work.

Not up to the hype! The cord has been in use about 60 days and already conversations are garbled, the volume becomes distorted. Contacted this distributor 6 days ago...no response or reply. NOT HAPPY!!!
