Nearly every slice had a big hole in the middle, making the loaf useless for sandwiches. Not recommended.

not worth $13, but makes a great Grilled Cheeze and a fantastic Reubin. It's been so long since I had a good rye, and now I can have it gluten free! PERFECT bread.

This bread did not meet exceptions and was completely overpriced.
One of the best already prepared products out there, but homemade is better

This is perhaps one of the best already prepared gluten free rye style breads available. It is a bit on the dry side. We decided to stop spending $7.00 to $10.00 per loaf of bread and bout a Zojirushi BB-PAC20 Home Bakery Virtuoso Breadmaker with gluten free setting. This bread machine makes absolutely amazing bread (we have had it less than a week and we are putting it through it's paces!). It will pay for itself in no time. My husband is NOT a baker, and he has made 2 loaves on 2 attempts of perfectly delicious gluten free bread that rivals wheat varieties.
