Best for the health benefits

Love this stuff of course. Used amazon to send it to a friend in a rural area, the local grocer not carrying the brand. I go to COSTCO, and bought their off-brand of raw apple cider vinegar, with the mother. It's probably all in my mind, but I prefer Bragg for the "health" benefits of vinegar (when I drink a shot), but use the other stuff for taste (not that braggs is bad, but COSTCO is cheaper). So for health benefits, use Bragg's. For recipes/taste, go for another brand if its cheaper.
... night to keep the blood sugar down - works great for us

We use this with some hot water and a slice of hard cheese at night to keep the blood sugar down - works great for us.
Also add some to veggies while cooking and it just gives them a little flavor boost - much better than butter

It's supposed to be a healthy addition to one's regimen. So, I mix 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of vinegar to 4 ounces of water, chugalug it and I'm done.Tastes good too!
