Unless I was very unlucky or all the product line is just damaged from factory. I bought two, one from 1stopshopalot and one from another seller. They bot did not work. 1stopshopalot was kind enough to give me a refund since they did not know how to troubleshoot the device. The other seller Premier Baiser did not even respond. Just be sure to try it out as soon as you can so you can return it before the 30 days.

Never worked. Got it out of the box and attached it to computer, but never even tried charged. No LED lights ever activated. Tried multiple computers and no luck
