I purchased this trimmer back in 2017. It does a great job and has held up just fine under almost daily use for the past 6 years. Recently I contacted the seller about getting a replacement set of cutting blades as the originals had seen so much use. Within a week after inquiring there was a complete brand new trimmer delivered to my door courtesy of the fine people at ToiletTree products. It's nice to know there is still a company out there that stands behind their product and cares about their reputation. Buy one, you won't regret it. Still Difficult to push the start switch off and on.

It works fine. The only complaint is that it is difficult to slide the start/stop switch off and on. I don't understand why the company couldn't correct this issue. I have the Panasonic clippers also. They are about the same, but I prefer the Panasonic because a little easier switch off and on. I would purchase these again.

I was just shocked when I just found the box for this trimmer in an old pile of stuff and looked up the date I bought it here on Amazon. 5 years! 2018. I've used it ever since to trim nose and ear hair. Still doing a great job after all that time. Never has once hurt me by pulling hair or cutting skin, like several brands I've tried. Yep, the switch takes some effort to slide, but on the flip side the switch still makes contact just like when I bought it. Usually on stuff like this the switch is the first to get flaky. Blade still seems sharp! I'm puzzled by the few negative comments I see here, but I'll guess it comes down to how much you use it. I trim nose hair maybe once a month and ear hair maybe twice a month. If someone is trimming daily then maybe a different experience. Haha I just bought the two pack of news ones, I figure after 5 years I get a new one just because. :) In addition to water I use compressed air in a can (PC computer duster stuff) to blow the head clean, and occasionally spray it with alcohol to sanitize (then water to wash that off, then blow it dry).
