Instructions were good. Easy to find 1/2" hoses to match. I found a place under the sink that was much easier to access for installation.

I installed this as part of upgrade to lesson the heard noise from our RV water pump. Along with building a platform on rubber for the pump, and using flexible hose, this worked well. It keeps my pump from cycling so often. Use just a little water to wash your hands, or even flush the stool, this will keep the pump from coming on for a small time.

My situation is such that my pressure tank and pressure switch are in different locations due to space restrictions and power availability. I was having the pressure switch contacts open and close due to the pressure surge when opening faucet and then closing the faucet. I created my
own problem due to the tank and switch being not closed to each other. This small accumulator was put a couple of feet from the pressure switch and it took the surge out of the line and the pressure switch no longer has the problem. I took a brass tee off the line using plastic fittings which were Teflon taped and pipe doped with poly tubing rated at 150 psi to the accumulator and it is leak free. I plugged on end of the accumulator and the small gasket inside seals like it says. It has been leak free for a month now. I expect it will work long term. I set my air pressure in the accumulator to 25 psi which is 5 psi below my pressure switch cut-in pressure of 30 psi.

I installed this under the sink in-line with my water supply in my travel trailer to eliminate the loud, on board water pump. I should have done this years ago!!!! It made an immediate improvement to the pump noise making it operate at a whisper quiet level. I can barely hear it cycle on and off. Also eliminated is the "hammering" noise it produced when running faucet water at a trickle (like when brushing my teeth). I have to believe by stopping the pump "hammering" it will extend the life of the water pump as well. No more being woke up in the middle of the night by the pump noise too!

Looked on UTube before install, couldn't find exact install instructions. UTube video makers missed the mark on how to install.
I've installed them before & never had this much trouble. Each one has it's own little differences. Still a little noisy which makes me wonder if something is not correctly installed.
