Product doesn't work properly

Bought this product because it said it read a SIM card, but it does not. SIM card won't even fit into the slot it says it's supposed to fit into. Wasted my money!

Works well. Just be very gentle when putting cards in. The openings are slightly oversized. It's easy to bend pins.
Good for the time being but leaves a lot to be desired!

I have 3 of these b/c they're relatively cheap and compact. They are great for travel so you don't have to carry an extra cord but they aren't the best card reader. I've had 1 pin inside the CF reader get bent (since it's not a very snug fit so there is plenty of room for user error), when 1 pin gets bent, you won't be able to use the CF reader anymore (renders it useless for me).
I've been uploading 64gb cards full of images and it'll randomly disconnect from the computer mid upload. When I set it to upload, I don't touch the computer or card reader or table/desk so as to not bump it and cause it to lose connection. No, this reader often loses connection for no apparent reason.
I will continue to buy this since it's compact and good for travel...but when I find a new alternative, rest assured, I'll be switching!
