Cook for 150-200 people and our roasters are the warming tool. This is a excellent way to cut down on clean up and when you are cooking all day literally you really don't want hours of scrubbing. You will want to make sure you don't tuck the liner in because it will melt but other then that they have worked perfectly I think I have reordered 3 times and never a problem.
Pansavers liners save the day!

We like these Pansavers for our roasting ovens. We attend several potlucks a year. The Pansavers have saved us a ton of clean up so far. We put about 3 cups of water into the bottom of the oven pan, BEFORE placing the Pansavers liner in. We do not cut anything apart in the oven pan. We take the liner out of the oven pan and place it on a cutting board or into a serving tray. The Roasting oven pan only needs a light washing to make it clean from the water ring left in it after cooking. Where were these years ago!
Works Great IF you follow instructions

The liners worked perfectly. It is necessary to follow the instructions though. We served chili to over 300 people, and there was NO clean-up of the roasters. I did double up the liners, just to be sure, but it wasn't necessary. To reiterate, FOLLOW the INSTRUCTIONS. If you don't the liners WILL stick like glue. Pre heat the heating unit without the insert and liner in, Put 2 cups of water in the insert and put the liner in and when heating unit is at temp , put the insert and liner in,
Worth the price!

Our church supplies breakfast to a homeless ministry once a month. We have three older electric roasters. These liners are excellent for when we alternate scrambled eggs and a usage patties with biscuits and sausage gravy with biscuits. We were always spending so much time cleaning and scraping off the egg and gravy mess when we returned to our kitchen and our sinks are not very conducive to that.
All we have to do is wipe them out with a moist cloth!
As for the issues others have had, we do not keep our temperature high because we do not use our roasters to actually cook our food, just to keep it warm... Also, water is supposed to be added between the plastic liner and the roaster pan.
I forgot once and it did indeed just begin to stick but my partner reminded me! I'm so thankful!
I also forget to add water between the roaster pan itself and the heating unit... I wonder if that is the problem with some of the others who have so many issues?
We rarely take our roasters above 350 though.
I hope my review helps. We have had wonderful success with ours. Having our minister and one of the elders there working closely with us and doing part of the clean up before we bought these, there was absolutely no problem getting approval in the budget for the expenditure. 😆
Happy cooking!

Buy Them

These are worth there weight in gold. My only regret is that I waited too long deciding if spending the money to buy them was a cost effective decision. They save significant amount of time that provide plenty of justification to make the purchase.
