Very disappointed.

GAve two stars because the formula my daughters baby took at the time , after we received the product, was listed as a product could not
be used in this food maker. Very disappointing. Sent it back and did get full refund. Took a couple weeks but the money returned.
Not Amazons error. But read up on this before you buy and make sure your babys' formula works in this product. Very disappointed.

I got mine yesterday..i love it. I tried it (without the powder) to see how it works.. and it works perfectly..
but my baby's brand wasn't listed n their site so I emailed their customer service to ask for the proper measurement. But I haven't gotten any reply from them..and I don't wanna just change my brand to be able to use it. Hopefully I get a response from them soon..I can't wait to use it.

I was price hesitant in making this purchase. My wife breast feeds 50% of the time. And it seemed like a lavish expenditure for milk mixing machine.
I was tired of warming bottles, shaking the bottle over and over to get powder to dissolve, not having pre-mixed ready.
Since this is a Amazon purchase I thought I'd try it for 30 days.
First week both of us can't figure out how we did it before. Hands down the best tool we have in the kitchen. Time saver and kicked up the quality of the bottle milk to a whole level.
Easy to set up. All these negative reviews. I never understand why good items always seem to attract the "fake" news.
Easy to clean.
Easy to operate.
During the 3rd week cleaning I did see a small, very small, amount of mold on the side of the unit where the water tank touches the unit. Would not impact the water so don't freak out. Just wipe and move on.
We wholeheartedly give the unit 5 Stars....
26 March 2017 UPDATE: Still 5 plus stars. Unit is still going strong. We are now 90% Enspire, so the unit is used a lot. No issues at all with clogs, or mess. We had to use a different powder, my error is ordering, which required an adjustment to the selector wheel--no problem.

Measures perfectly according to my scale

I couldn't blindly trust a machine to make my newborn's formula without knowing if it was accurate. Especially with reading such mixed reviews on here. We love this machine and it is the BEST purchase ever for those times when your baby just can't wait a few minutes for you to make and warm a bottle.
I put Saran Wrap inside the dispenser and then measured the formula. This was for a 2oz bottle so it should be equivalent to 1 level scoop. I found that just by the look of the two comparisons in a dish, the Brezza was dispensing too much formula. So I got out my scale and found out that Brezza is most accurate compared to a PACKED level scoop. My glass dish was 90g so Brezza dispensed 9g of formula. A non-packed manual scoop weighed 8g and a packed level scoop was 9g. I am impressed and satisfied by these results and I will continue to use it 24/7 to feed my baby. I followed all directions exactly and I do the daily maintenance exactly as directed. Will update as needed.
Update: now my baby is 9 months and we still use this machine 5-6x every single day and night. We just took it on vacation with us because its that essential to my sanity. I have also used 2 other kinds of formulas and with the Saran wrap test they measure exactly what they should according to the directions. One other thing that is REALLY important: you need to leave the lid off the water container at LEAST a few hours a day. The reviews about mold in the water dispenser silicone "straw" are because they left the lid on 24/7 and of course mold will grow in warm humid conditions. I have never seen any mold but I am super paranoid about it, so I leave the top off the water any time that I know there is no chance of anything getting in the water container (like when I'm cooking, etc). So far, no mold EVER, and the water dispenser acts just like a sink fountain when dispensing the water. No mold will grow because of how much air circulates around that silicone piece. Or at least thats what I figure since I've been using this machine for almost 10 months straight, 4-6 bottles a day, and never see even a tiny speck of mold.

We loved this machine at first. My baby is 100% formula fed. My husband is a Type A personality, who assembled and cleaned the machine via the instructions.
However, the Brezza did not dispense enough formula into my son's bottles.
My son was receiving very few calories and very large amounts of water. Too much water can cause water intoxication. My 5 week old son ended up having constipation, reflux, and severe gas after using this product. He also developed pretty severe colic.
My son was a 6 week early preemie and this product underserved his nutritional needs for about 1.5 weeks. Our doctor told us we were lucky that his kidneys did not shut down.
We caught the problem because a friend of ours noticed how watery our bottle had become. That was dumb luck. We had taken our malnourished son to the doctor twice because he stopped going to the bathroom, started crying constantly and had increased his food intake so much (because he was largely sucking down water)and there would have been no reason for the doctor to ask to see our bottles from the Brezza.
Do not ignore other poor reviews because you believe people did not follow instructions! We did follow instructions and ended up with an underfed baby.
I am attaching a photo. The bottle on the left is Brezza made. The one on the right is mixed by hand.
I am also attaching information about water intoxication which is a possible outcome of feeding a baby with the water laden bottles from the Brezza.
