Meh. I'm not sure what all of the hype is about on these things. Its just ok. Recommendations for use include putting it between the mattress and pad or under a pillow if you want to use it in missionary style. At 5'7" under the mattress is a no go for me with bed heights these days. And under a pillow is painful if you want to put body pressure on it to keep it in place as the plastic on the outside is, obviously, not pliable and relative sharp when you lay on it. Also, the circumference is quite large and so holding it for any extended period of time is tiring. Anyway...nothing mind blowing and nothing for my hand to get jealous over.
