Gives me the extra lift I need.

I love this step. It has helped with accessing the roof of my SUV and also climbing into the back. I use it with a reese interlock hitch so I did not have to use any of the adapters. It fits well and doesn't move around. I also use it with a anti-rattle hitch pin and it's pretty darn stable. I've stepped on this thing with wet and muddy shoes and the little grips work well. It is starting to fade a bit but that's expected since I rarely remove it and it's exposed to the elements.
Missing parts and came used again

The step itself is an ok product. This is the second one I've ordered. The first one was the one with the light. It came opened, used and did not work. Returned without issues. This one was opened appeared to be used, at least mounted, and was missing screws for the top plate. The plastic insert was broken as well. I had bolts that fit the plate and my application did not need the broken piece, so no big deal. I'm not sure what's going on over there with Reese products but it will be the last reese product I buy online. Time will tell how long this thing holds up.
Nice step, does not work well with Curt 2" 7500 lb ball.

Boat this for the boat hitch. When using a traditional ball with the 2 flats, you need to remove the ball from the hitch to install the plastic adapter. The one I received did not come with Phillips head screws as shown in the picture, but standard hex head cap screws.
***Note*** The included plastic adapter does work with a Curt 2" 7500 lb ball. The opening not big enough and needs to be filed down to fit this ball. Or you can remove the smallest portion of the plastic insert and let the step be a little loose.

It's a little smaller than I thought it would be for a step, but I didn't pay attentions to the specs before I ordered. Other than that, its a nice piece.
The best investment for a lifted truck!

Our truck has a 6.5 inch lift and this has been the best investment! We have a Retrax cover on the back so we step up to the back to open the cover before putting the tailgate down and wow we didn't even realize how much we needed this until we installed it. Price was cheaper on Amazon than Lowes and we are thrilled with this purchase!
