These are perfect for my daughter. I bought them for softball and they are great for the fall. They are thick and fit her size 1 feet with a bit of room to spare. these are not as long as the soccer sock but are just as thick and good quality. we bought the size small for my 8 year old son and they fit perfectly, he has no problems covering his shin guards. i bought him these in blue and the 'rivalry soccer 2-pack' in black and they are a great deal. I think he actually prefers these because doesn't have to bother with folding down too much extra sock.
