The fact that you do not need to refrigate until opening makes it ideal to be a product to purchase on amazon as well as not have to worry about storing it in your fridge and taking up space when you buy this in bulk. :) very satisfied. For those of you that are wondering, there is no high fructose corn syrup in this product from the package I purchased... that's a huge plus for me.

This is a favorite product for me. It is very stable when stored in my pantry and I consider it my "emergency creamer". It is a true emergency when and If I run out of French Vanilla creamer! LOL. I have some stashed in my travel trailer, locker at work and at home. It is hard to find in stores so once again Amazon comes to the rescue. I have been using this for over 2 yrs and am confident to recommend you have some on hand too.

Truly enjoy coffee-mate. Happy it's refrigerate after opening. Unhappy that it was received from Amazon with 2-day shipping on May 16, 2017 with a Use-By date of August, 2017. This is 96 ounces of creamer, and I'm not a family of more than one. It's like Amazon expects me to be social or something, sheesh. Invite the neighbors to have coffee just because I invested all this cash into an imminently expiring bottle of sweet milky liquid.

It's good enough for the price value. It is not a honey thickness I'm used to, more of milky half and half, and somehow I find it to be more sugary. But once I figured out the dose, like it alot, afd it to coffee with good amount of milk.
