this set of electronic drums are the worst set you could possibly have,the modual sucks,the volums on the drums are impossible to set,the drums change to a different drum sound on there own,sometimes they don't sound at all,the cymbol volumn is high then low on its own,if I turn it off I lose anything I tried to set up in it',crap,crap,crap! I have a set of 5x that I haven't set up yet and I'm scared to because I think they will act like the 3x

terrible. all system fell apart in less than 1.5 years. And I only used it as a recreation.
The control panel is making all kind of weird noises, tan it resets itself.
The Kick pad died and I cant find replacement anywhere. ended up buying Yamaha kick pad that actually works with the DD3X.
Customer service for these sets is non-existent. They will refer you to the local dealer and the dealers don't even know what you are talking about.

I own two kits of DD3x's and use them in my teaching studio. I have only had one issue, a cymbal jack became loose after a few months of daily lessons. Contacted DDrum and had a replacement within a week, no charge. It pays to register your gear when you first get it...eh? Five stars for quality, durability, play-ability and ease of assembly.

Really quite disappointed with this kit. I purchased because ddrum is known for its triggers and I thought for sure they got this down to a science...
WRONG! This is nothing more than an overpriced kids toy. I gave it 2 stars because the rack is VERY well made, So its not a complete piece of crap. I have had trouble with the responsiveness of the pads, as well as the module making all kind of "fuzz" sounds. I tried to return it to ddrum but because I had discarded the box for the rack the day after Christamas... Dumb I know. I would not recommend this to any one. ddrum makes some really nice stuff, (I have one of their Dominion series Kits) But this is not one of them.

The battery quality is good, but has some problems

Be careful when buying this product, because the rack did not come when I bought, and from what I saw in the comments below, most also not received.
The battery quality is good, but has some problems.
The cymbal's does not have a good answer, sometimes fail, principamente the hi hat.
The volume of the module are low, even putting maximum power, the volume is still not good.
