Has virtually eliminated my gall bladder flare-ups

I periodically have problems with my gall bladder, about once every 6 weeks or so. I read that milk thistle helps purify and stabilize the gall bladder. As far as I can tell after using it for 3½ months, it really does work. I've not had a single flare-up with my gall bladder during the tinme I've been taking it. I've made it a regular daily supplement.
