It’s a great toy but seen something weird

I bought the toy for my daughters birthday present since she is obsessed with Toy Story at the moment and she hasn't put down the toy for anything BUT when she went to sleep I was cleaning up and fully seen her new toy and seen a light and black button in the stomach area but doesn't light up and the black button doesn't work and no video I can find says anything about it. Would like to know what it's for. Help?

I'm an adult man who decided to purchase this for mostly nostalgic purposes. It's just like in the movies. My literal only complaint is that it could have more phrases. Wings open and light, laser sounds and opens, even his other arm has an opening component. Also had the chop. It's tough too. Recommend for both children and for people wanting a piece of their past. My son loves it as well.
